Instructions
Step 1:

Step 2:
Click the

button to add the meme image on top of the background.
Step 3:
Click the "Enable Drag/Resize" button to move and resize the $DEVIN image.
Step 4:
Click and drag the $DEVIN image to move it around.
Step 5:
Resize the meme image by dragging the corners.
Step 6:
Once satisfied, click the "Disable Drag/Resize" button to fix the position.
Step 7:

button to save your creation.
